Day 1
FIRST DAY: Early departure from Arequipa. Pick-up between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. from your hotels (provided they are close to the historic centre of Arequipa). Arrival at the end of the drivable track at 4,100 m.a.s.l. Start of the ascent heading to Base Camp at 4,600 m.a.s.l. Box-lunch-style marching meal. Setting up the "Monte Blanco" Camp. Dinner. Overnight.
SECOND DAY: Breakfast from 1:00 a.m. Start of the ascent at 2:00 a.m. for around five and a half hours, box-lunch-style food for the trail (not included). Arrival at the summit on average from 7 a.m. Spectacular view of the Southern Peru Volcanic Range. Descent of around 2 hours. Arrival at Base Camp. Descent to the vehicle, around 1 hour. Arrival in Arequipa at approximately 2:30 p.m., *and the end of all our services*

- Water, 5 litres (2 litres for the guide, who will use it to prepare the meals, and 3 litres for each client to stay hydrated).
💡 Important Information

- ▸ The Lead Guide will coordinate with the Assistant Guide and/or porters the descent of any passenger who decides to return to Base Camp due to fatigue or other reasons, so that they do not walk alone on the mountain. Clients will carry all their personal equipment on the day of the ascent, such as warm clothing, crampons, ice axes, water, sunglasses, etc.
- ▸ On the first day the porters (if the service has been purchased) will only carry the tents, the water and the food. Clients will carry all their personal equipment such as sleeping bags, etc.
- ▸ If any member of the group (client) decides to descend to Arequipa before the General Programme, the costs of this decision such as transport, food, accommodation, etc. will be borne by them.
- ▸ If changes occur in the itinerary due to weather, physical, mental or technical condition, they will not be the responsibility of the organisation. D. S. 028-2004 MOUNTAIN GUIDES REGULATIONS.
- ▸ Personal equipment such as warm clothing, sunglasses, backpacks, trekking poles, boots, crampons, etc. is not included in the service.
- ▸ After dropping off the passengers, the 4 x 4 vehicles will return to Arequipa to come back up the following day at the agreed time.
- ▸ The climb in a shared group requires a minimum of three (04) people; otherwise it may still go ahead but as a private service (subject to checking the price and transport availability).
- ▸ All passengers are required to show a valid identity document (DNI), Foreigner ID Card, or Passport.

Rescheduling and Refund Policy
Las postergaciones se pueden realizar sin ningún costo adicional vía email a: reservas@tierramilenaria.com , detallando el motivo, con un mínimo de 24 horas antes de la salida del recorrido turístico que se quiera postergar. No se aceptará postergaciones de ningún tipo fuera del plazo señalado.
No habrá devolución ni postergación cuando el usuario de los servicios turísticos incumpla por no presentarse (NO SHOW) o no utilizar los servicios adquiridos en las fechas pactadas.
Para devoluciones en caso de fuerza mayor, caso fortuito o incapacidad médica del titular de la reserva o un familiar en primer grado de consanguinidad, deberá presentarse toda la documentación que acredite cualquiera de estos casos con un mínimo 24 horas antes de la fecha del viaje, esta información deberá ser remitida vía email: reservas@tierramilenaria.com
